Apprentice & Long Service Awards
Identifying and nurturing talent is important to us here at DBS, as is encouraging healthy competition!
That’s why in 2004 we launched our annual Apprentice and Long Service Awards designed to celebrate the commitment, achievement and dedication of our people, both at the beginning of their careers and at 10 and 25 years service.
The awards take into account both the academic and practical achievements of our Mechanical and Electrical trade apprentices over the last 12 months, along with reviews from their tutors and mentors, to identify who has gone above and beyond our expectations.
