His honest and proactive nature has made him the perfect advocate for health, safety and wellbeing across the business with his role as Director Responsible for Health and Safety enabling him to ensure working practices and policies are enforced for the benefit of all.

Brian has been instrumental in the set up, and continuing success, of the Birmingham Office, which now boasts a 35 strong team since its inception in 2014.
