- Modification to existing water leak detection system to pick up new cooling units in plant corridor
- Installation of black powder coated cable tray containment system in switch room floor void to feed DC distribution cabinets
- Builders work holes for pipework cabling & containment including firestopping
- Re-decoration of walls in power room & switch room where works are to take place
- Testing & commissioning including heat load test
- Associated BMS upgrade works to cooling units & fire systems

- Provision of 3x new 200kW UPS modules (Vertiv) in first floor power room including installation of free issue battery cells onto battery stands
- Existing TSSB breaker upgrades to derive new power supplies to UPS & DC power plant distribution equipment
