Our Projects

Brabazon House is a two-storey office complex which was modified to house 19 modular test labs with 2,400 smart meter test spaces. DCC aim to facilitate the national deployment of smart meters from this facility.

There is space to allow for experimentation and testing of technologies such as machine learning, home automation, electric vehicles and irrigation on a sandboxed environment.

The site boasts bio-metric security features such as iris scans and fingerprinting authentication for access to the technical operational areas.

DBS were involved in the fast track redevelopment of the facility and carried out surveys and produced the scope associated cost proposals. The project consisted of strip out, modification and reuse of existing services and systems, as well as installation of new and all associated commissioning.
