Our Projects

This project comprised the full refurbishment of the Sherard Building, located on the Oxford Science Park.

Set over 4 floors the building now affords flexible grade A office accommodation and laboratory ready space. Additional facilities include, meeting rooms, communal areas, welfare, toilets and plant areas.

The laboratory space was completed to shell and core CAT A with the office areas finished to CAT B. There is a striking shared reception area at ground floor level with newly fitted toilets, breakout and kitchen facilities servicing each floor.

The rooftop plant room provides the necessary heating, cooling and ventilation for the laboratory spaces, with the addition of photo voltaic panels providing the building with enhanced environmentally conscious credentials.
