Research & Development Facilities

Bio-Science Stevenage

A new research and development buildings consisting of laboratories and office space.

Stevenage Bio-Science Catalyst Campus is a unique bio-science community created to provide small biotech and life sciences companies and start-ups with access to the expertise, networks and scientific facilities traditionally associated with multinational pharmaceutical companies.

The project consists of two brand new research and development buildings consisting of laboratories and office space. The Incubator building is a shell and core project and the Accelerator building is a shell structure. The project was design and build with the initial pre-construction design being completed by Long and Partners.

The Incubator building will be ‘ready’ for lease to private laboratories with all of the services pre-installed. The Accelerator building will remain empty until a tenant is found and they will furnish and provide services to suit their requirements.
