Derry Building Services completed the Mechanical and Electrical Building Services to this new state-of-the-art purpose built heavy products factory on the outskirts of Uttoxeter for JCB.

Built adjacent to the existing World Parts Centre, the new facility comprises of a 42,000 metre squared single storey factory complete with integral office block. In addition there is also a security gatehouse, hard and soft landscaping and separate staff and visitor car parking areas.
 
The office block includes a main open plan office, separate visitor and staff entrances, conference rooms, toilet facilities, IT system hub room, changing facilities - including showers, toilet and locker areas - a kitchen and canteen area and a first aid room.

The electrical, ventilation and wet plant is located within two designated plant rooms above the office and changing facility blocks. With the comfort cooling equipment also located above these areas in two designated roof top plant decks.
