The development expands Grupo Antolin's operations in Burton-on-Trent, adding a newly built 113,000 square foot unit adjacent to their current premises.
The project consisted of the design and build of a new industrial facility, ground floor reception and circulation space, and two storeys of office accommodation, created specifically for the Spanish manufacturing firm Grupo Antolin.
The development expands their existing operations in Burton-on-Trent, adding a newly built 113,000 square foot unit adjacent to their current premises.
The project required a mixture of fit out works to meet the Client’s current and future needs. This included an elaborate ladder rack installation within the warehouse and industrial space to service the future fit out and manufacturing requirements, along with sectional completion of the space to allow the Client early access to position machinery.
