Wolverhampton Civic Hall

The restoration of an iconic Grade II listed building retaining the original features and restoring them to their 1930s condition.

This project will see the iconic Grade II listed building transformed into a world class venue, retaining the original features and restoring them to their 1930s condition.

The height above the stage to the rear of the Civic Hall will be increased to attract bigger and better shows. There will be wider and more comfortable seats, bigger and better bars and more space to socialise.

To improve the visitor experience the toilet facilities are to be revamped, lift access provided to new balconies, and better access arrangements installed for disabled visitors.

When the works are completed, the capacity will be more than 4,500 when set up for standing and around 3,000 people when seated.
