Our fifth major project on the Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden site, including the Harry Potter Tour extension and new tour facility.

R & K stage represents our fifth major project on the Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden site, this section of the works covers the Harry Potter Tour extension (K stage) and new tour facility (R stage).

K Stage is an extension to the existing studio tour and required extending the existing MEP infrastructure. The tour extension incorporates a full fit out, to include below Gantry show wiring and ventilation systems which will be integrated in to the show scenery needing detailed coordination with the American show fit out specialist Thinkwell.

R stage is a new stage which is being developed on the existing car park in front of the original tour - J Stage. The development comprises of a new Ticket sales and Vestibule entrance, Assembly Hub, new and enhanced Retail and Services offerings, along with additional office space and educational facilities at 1st and 2nd floor levels. The new R Stage will facilitate a new studio tour and exhibit and is presently being left as a shell and core fit out only, with services left at Gantry level.
