CitizenM

Created using a unique modular structure with all the bedrooms built off-site with all of the wiring and services pre-installed.

The CitizenM Hotel is situated at the Bankside close to the Tate Modern Museum in London. The hotel offers 192 luxury bedrooms, ground floor lobby, disguised as contemporary living rooms, canteen for 24/7 dining, bar and 7 spacious meeting rooms all fully equipped with audio visual equipment and wipe clean walls for jotting down notes, theories, scribble and brainwaves.

The building was created using a unique modular structure where the bedrooms were built off-site with all of the wiring and services pre-installed. They were then transported to site and assembled to create the main structure with an outer skin binding them together.
