A new build 12,243m2 3-storey secondary school with a linked sports hall and swimming pool.
The project was built in the existing grounds of the old school and was let under the DfE MMC (Modern Methods of Construction) framework.
The school is the first to be built to achieve Net Zero Carbon in Operation, with high performing acoustic attenuation combined with maximising natural light; ultimately providing an optimum learning experience for staff and students.
