Educational Facilities

Christ Church Secondary Academy

The scheme is based upon the ESFA framework and is WDC’s first project via the scheme.

Christ Church Secondary Academy in Yardley Wood Birmingham is a partnership project between the Church of England and Willmott Dixon Construction.

The scheme is based upon the ESFA framework and is WDC’s first project via the scheme. To assist with this we have collaborated with them for the past eighteen months during pre-construction through to delivery.

The school is comprised of three floors to the main teaching block with an adjoining sports hall and changing facility. The school will provide modern classrooms and laboratories, as well as flexible learning spaces.

Additional special features to the project are a large library, studio space for creative and performing arts as well as high specification product design facilities and catering classrooms.
