Bilborough College 6th Form
This project has been completed in partnership with Bilborough College and Bowmer + Kirkland Property Services.
The new building is a 2-storey, steel frame with brick façade build providing a new extension to the existing college with a new link walkway installed.
The building consists of ground floor classrooms, staffing area and 1st floor science laboratories. The 1st floor also has a purpose-built E-Sports laboratory with feature lighting.
All of the main mechanical and electrical service equipment is located within the 1st floor plant room and on the flat roof. All of the ventilation and heating and cooling equipment, along with the PV array is located on the roof.
