Our Projects

This project, in the heart of Birmingham city centre, comprises the refurbishment of 11 existing floors into state of the art office spaces, meeting rooms, WC facilities and kitchen areas. It also includes ground, mezzanine and lower ground floors which incorporate further reception, function, meeting and press rooms.

Mechanical and electrical installations to the site include a PA system, structured cabling, generator installation, lighting and lighting controls, small power, access control, fire and intruder alarms, CCTV, disabled WC and refuge, induction loops, gas suppression, UPS, containment, lightning protection, sanitaryware, air conditioning, chilled beam and mechanical ductwork systems, above ground drainage, natural gas, dry riser and Building Management Systems.

All of the works are being undertaken whilst maintaining ‘live’ dedicated West Midlands Police facilities including 8th floor Contact Centre, 2nd floor 999 Fast Response Data Centre, Airwave Police Radio and a High Integrity Telecom Line direct to Downing Street.
